If you have a firewall you will need to allow the following ports
===============================================
tcp - 13337 (data from the process is sent to this port)
tcp - 5001 (data is sent to offical yahoo! voice server)
udp - 5000 (data is sent to offical yahoo! voice server)

how to open
follow the illustration below
how to open tcp - 13337
go to -> Network connections -> connection status
it should be like this
Click on properties
Advance Tab -> windows firewall -> click settings
Click on Exceptions Tab
Adding a port
Adding port 13337 TCP
then click ok
it should be listed on the list
Adding port 5001 TCP
Adding port 5000 UDP
